Tiger Aviator
The Aviator was designed to be a “modern” type of Tiger – only a few were built. Unfortunately we can not currently support the chassis, but can support a lot of mechanical parts.

The Tiger Cat first introduced approximately 24 years ago is still supported by 50% of parts (not chassis). The Cat was our budget kit – a fairly comprehensive kit needing a used Ford Sierra for the engine -gearbox- rear diff. Assembley and steering column, a basic car could be built for a little as £3000, many customers upgraded the spec, spending around £5000.
The Tiger Super six was first designed in 1989. We can supply various mechanical parts (not chassis). First cars were produced in 1991 with the first 5 cars using the Ford CVH 1.6 engine and the body having an Alloy flat bonnet. From then the now very well known Tiger bonnet with its aggressive power bulge was introduced which enabled the much higher Ford OHC (pinto) to be fitted the first car being in Black. It was not long after the Pinto that the ford crossflow 1700cc unit from the Vulcan engine was used. Many were shipped over to Japan. The Zetec was fitted to most much later six’s. During the early days, two V8 cars were built (1993) tested on circuit which resulted in bad handling so the engines were removed. Tiger has never built a V8 car since.
The Tiger Avon first seen on UK roads approximately 20 years ago is still supported by 90% of parts. The “How to build a Tiger Avon Sportscar” written by Jim Dudley was reprinted twice the third edition included information on the Tiger GTA which uses the Avon chassis, first cars using the Ford Pinto (OHC) most using Ford Zetec.
The Tiger GTA is basically a Tiger Avon with a sports type body. We can support chassis, body and mechanical parts.
