R10 chassis, trim work, Westfield gearbox recon

• Chassis dept. – The new R10 independent chassis with jig now finished is now sitting at powder coat company
• Paint dept. Paul is busy this week with paintwork on a silver BMW, side damage on a ford transit, paintwork on the super six resto starting with the rear panel, side panels.
• Trim Dept. Laura is busy this week on various Tiger trims – seats on an early 4 pad Tiger, full weather for a Tiger Avon, tonneau cover’s for Avon.
• Just in – Westfield for recon gearbox

6/8/24

• Chassis dept – Another R10 chassis started in the Jig
  Paint dept.  Various small damage repairs on modern cars for Paul – not so busy on paint but handy because we have just had two new 20ft containers dropped off  (we never have enough room for parts etc) and we have a lot of stock arriving here and that is without what we actually make here.
• Workshop – Colin is busy this week on Westfield – two Tigers in for service and work on a Tiger cat in for finishing and getting ready for IVA
• Trim dept – Laura – Carpet set – and helping with the big move of parts into new containers, big job but does give us more space inside the building.

12/8/24

• Chassis dept. R10 chassis 75% finished. now helping with the big parts move.
• Paint dept Paul Various small paint jobs around a Range rover and still helping with moving stuff!
• Trim – Laura now sorting the upstairs in parts alongside a few small sewing jobs.
• Workshop Colin – Various Tiger jobs + brake upgrade and welding in a cat to exhaust a few small mechanical jobs down to Jim- new rocker cover gaskets on a Triumph Vitesse and finishing a lotus twin cam build plus the big parts move.
